Coaching for Women
Coaching Huddles for Women in Ministry
A little over a year ago we started a version of Fit Pastors Academy for pastors. We had a few female pastors go through the coaching with flying colors and watched them experience completely lifestyle change. However, we’ve decided a tribe of women was missing from receiving essential coaching. What about your wives? Your female staff? They need help as well! They need community with other pastors wives’ and women in ministry.
After countless hints and requests we are now offering women specific coaching! Weight loss and fitness is simply a whole different ballgame for women. Hormones, emotions, and lifestyle all play a major role in how a woman needs to approach her physical health. This is why we believe it’s essential to have a place where we can concentrate on those specifics.
Got Questions? Here are some answers.
Q. How Will This Work?
Fit Pastors Academy is a great starting point, but many women may find themselves needing a little bit more. We will host an online huddle, or small group forum where women can meet face-to-face (via Google Hangout), and walk through all the steps of Fit Pastors Academy. It includes personal coaching, accountability, and community for women of all walks of life.
Q. How Many Spots Are Available?
Each season there will be room for 5 women to secure a spot. We’ve already filled all the spots for the current winter season. You can secure a spot today for the upcoming spring season by contacting us here!
Q. How Much Does It Cost?
You will pay $99 a month for 3 months to enroll in the Fit Pastors Academy. If you choose to secure a spot within a women’s huddle it will cost an additional one time price of $199.
Who Does the Coaching?
Let’s just say someone with hair… which eliminates Ricky or Shawn. Who better than another woman who grew up in the church, has spent over a decade in ministry as a worship pastor, fine arts director, church planter, and missionary? Coach Amy Van Pay, who is also an ordained minister, understands the rhythm of trying to stay healthy in the context of ministry, all while trying to raise three small children. She recently lost tons of baby weight is about to become a marathon finisher. She is a student of nutrition and has tons of knowledge on training. As a matter of fact she will be receiving her NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer certification very soon!
You can read more about Coach Amy’s fitness journey here. You can also follow her blog here and read about her “Top 5 Reasons Why She’s Coaching for Fit Pastors“. If you enroll in the Fit Pastors Academy you will watch and listen to her coach in four different coaching sessions!
